In this space we prioritize the comfort, feelings, and needs of current and former sex workers.
In this space we don’t make assumptions about people’s gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or ability.
We also don't make assumptions about anyone's health or disability, invisible or not. We also don't ask why someone requires a service animal or ESA.
In this space we don’t out each other.
Allow people you interact with to introduce themselves - don’t assume you know someone’s name or profession.
In this space we value anonymity and confidentiality - do not share anyone’s story without their explicit consent.
In this space members of the media must announce themselves, and may not use the contents of these meetings/events for their work without explicit consent of all present.
We prioritize mutual aid and community care in our direct community.
In this space we welcome you to come as you are, and do not make assumptions or judgements about anyone’s substance use.
In this space we are respectful of others.
In this space we assume best intentions, and work through conflict together.
In this space we will try our best to give trigger warnings before triggering stories, and allow space and time for people to leave if they don’t want to engage.
We recognize that many of us are traumatized individuals, we remember to be kind to each other and forgive one another for our mistakes.
This space is a safe space to share, and we ask that everyone demonstrate a willingness to learn, a willingness to teach, and a willingness to make amends.
This is call-in culture and not call-out culture - we ask that you be gentle with one another.
